Core conditioning

This class will help condition and strengthen your core muscles which are vital for everyday functionality. Let's face it, most of us sit at a desk all day which we're not designed to do! Our aim is to improve your posture and help build your core muscles to strengthen your abs and back. You'll leave the class feeling taller and prouder!
